2025 FGIA Annual Conference

FGIA will host the Annual Conference on February 17-20, 2025, at Hyatt Regency Orlando. The room rate is $329 plus tax. A mandatory resort fee will apply at the discounted rate of $5 versus $38 regular rate.

The discounted resort fee includes:

• Premium internet fee in the sleeping room
• 2 bottles of water
• 2 trolley tickets International Drive area
• 25% off at the spa, cabana rentals, and recreational activities
• $10 food and beverage credit (when guests spend $25 or more)

Hotel parking: Discounted self-parking rate is $20 (optional) versus the regular rate of $38.

Facility Usage Fee: Registrants who choose not to stay at the conference hotel will be charged a $350 fee.
